We’re still thinking back to last Valentine’s Day and how special it was to share Settle Down with you at our Cineplex premiere. For those of you who could make it, thank you for being there and for everyone who’s supported the series from near or far, we’re truly grateful. Your encouragement has meant the world to us.
After an exciting year for the project, Canadian Screen Awards nomination voting is officially open, and we wanted to reach out to our community with a heartfelt ask:
If you’re a voting member of the Academy, we would be so grateful if you’d consider Settle Down when casting your ballots: http://portal.academy.ca/

Independent series like ours only get here because people show up for them, the way our cast and crew did every day on set, and the way so many of you have continued to show up by watching, sharing, and cheering us on.

We’re so proud of what this team created and so thankful to everyone who helped bring these hilarious (and painfully relatable) love stories to life. Supporting Canadian storytelling means a lot to all of us in the industry right now, and we’re lucky to be surrounded by people who care about it as much as we do.
Thanks again for watching, supporting, and rooting for Settle Down. If you’re able to vote, we truly appreciate your consideration, it really does make a difference in our ability to continue making TV shows and movies like Settle Down right here in Canada.
